Sfinco is built around one idea: staying a step ahead of the everyday things that are easy to lose track of, whether that's a small business without anyone watching its systems, or a text message that didn't quite feel right. It works across four areas from the Sunshine Coast: plain-English cyber audits, a digital safety guide series, a personal cyber awareness assistant, and a digital vault for passwords and documents still on the way.
It isn't a call centre or a tech company. It's a small, local, remote-first operation built on the idea that staying safer online shouldn't need a computer science degree. About Leo
Leo works as a Customer Banking Specialist on the Sunshine Coast, where a fair few of his working days start with someone describing a call, text, or email that didn't feel quite right. Sfinco grew out of noticing the same handful of tricks come up again and again, and wanting somewhere to point people that wasn't a lecture.
He's RG146 and RG206 qualified (the training that lets bank staff give real advice, not just process forms), holds a CompTIA Security+ certification, and is completing a Certificate IV in Cyber Security. On weekends he volunteers with CoderDojo, teaching local kids to code. Sfinco is built alongside his banking career, not instead of it, one evening and weekend at a time.
