A relaxed chat about your phone and accounts, with someone who actually explains things.
Not a test, not a lecture: a plain-English conversation about the handful of settings that matter, done together on a call. Most people find they're already doing better than they thought.
Anyone who wants a second pair of eyes
Whether you've had a strange call or text lately, want a bit of peace of mind, or just haven't looked at your phone's settings since you bought it, this is for you, at any age. There's no such thing as a silly question here.
The check-up process
-
A free, relaxed conversation
About 20 minutes, by phone or video. What device you use, anything that's prompted looking into this, and what matters most to you day to day. No jargon, just a chat.
-
The check-up itself
30–45 minutes, done together on a call, looking at your actual phone. Locking the front door, your main account's security, app permissions, spotting a scam, safe Wi-Fi habits, and what to do if your phone's ever lost.
-
A one-page summary
Two or three things worth doing, in plain English, plus what's already going well, because something usually is. Sent by email, and talked through on the call itself.
What the six areas cover
Locking the front door (passcode, Face ID, auto-lock) · your Apple ID or Google account · app permissions · spotting scams and phishing · safe Wi-Fi habits · Find My and what to do if your phone's lost. The same ground as Sfinco's iPhone Protection guide, as a conversation instead of a book.
What it costs
A flat, one-off price, confirmed before anything else happens, the same whether you book it for yourself or as a Family Digital Safety Check for someone else. No add-ons, no surprises.
No obligation, no pressure
The first conversation is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If this isn't the right fit, we'll say so.
Start with a conversation
Send through a few details and you'll hear back personally, usually within a couple of business days.
