Someone else can have the conversation, so it doesn't have to be you.
You'd feel better knowing the basics are covered, the passcode, the accounts, the scam calls, without it turning into a lecture nobody enjoys. Sfinco has that conversation instead, warmly, and your parent walks away feeling more confident, not told off.
You're not wrong to be a little worried
Scam calls and texts target older Australians more than most, and it's a genuine, reasonable thing to want your parent's basics covered. This isn't about them being behind or confused. Most people, of any age, have never actually gone through their phone's settings on purpose. It's just never come up.
The check-up process
-
A first conversation with you
About 20 minutes, free, usually with you rather than your parent: what's prompted this, what device they use, anything specific worth knowing going in.
-
The check-up, done with your parent
30–45 minutes, on a call, with your parent, never done about them without them there. Locking the front door, their main account's security, app permissions, spotting a scam, safe Wi-Fi habits, and what to do if the phone's ever lost.
-
A one-page summary
Two or three things worth doing, in plain English, and what's already going well. Sent to whoever's paying, talked through with your parent on the call itself.
The one rule we don't bend on
Your parent is always part of the actual check-up: never reviewed without them, never talked about as if they're not in the room. You can set it up, but the conversation happens with them, not around them.
What it costs
A flat, one-off price, confirmed before anything else happens, the same as booking a Digital Check-up directly. No family surcharge, no add-ons.
No obligation, no pressure
The first conversation is free and doesn't commit anyone to anything. If it's not the right fit, we'll say so.
Start with a conversation
Send through a few details and you'll hear back personally, usually within a couple of business days.
